"It's incredible, isn't it?" a voice whispered. He turned to see a girl standing beside him, her blonde hair caught in the golden light. Her bikini hugged her curves as she shifted nervously. "Yeah," he replied. "I've never seen anything like it." They sat in silence, lost in the display. Justin grew aware of Melissa's presence, their shoulders barely touching. "I'm Melissa," she said, extending her hand. He shook it tentatively. "Justin," he replied. "What brings you here alone?" Justin shrugged. "I just needed some time to myself. This place has always calmed me down." Melissa nodded. "There's something about the ocean that just...resonates with me." Her eyes searched his face. They sat in silence, watching the stars appear. Justin felt the gentle rise and fall of her chest mirroring his own. He reached out and took her hand, feeling the warmth of her skin. She squeezed his hand gently before letting go to wrap her arms around herself for warmth. "I should probably go," she whispered. "It was nice meeting you, Justin." He watched her walk away down the beach. A sense of loss washed over him, but he felt grateful for their brief connection. He turned back to look at the ocean, a smile playing on his lips as he remembered Melissa's words: "There's something about the ocean that just...resonates with me."
